- Same-day orders are not accepted, except under special circumstances.
- Design inspirations will be similar, but not exact replicas.

- Once the order has left the premises, Tishy’s Cakes is not liable for any damages.
- Tishy’s Cakes is not responsible for sun or weather-related damages.
- While we are not liable for transport damages, we will do our best to help rectify any issues.
- We take full responsibility for goods up until setup at the venue.
- Tishy’s Cakes is not liable for any third-party or venue-related damages, such as wobbly tables, loose table covers, or exposure to weather through windows.
- All goods are prepared with the utmost care and in a 5-star hygiene-rated environment.
- Our kitchen handles nuts and dairy products.
